Year 1 Victorian School Trip

As part of our history topic, I have booked a class trip to the Victorian Classroom in Barnsley.

The children will be fully immersed in a Victorian school day with playtime and toys.

It will bring to life the learning we will have completed in school.

The children will be given Victorian names and roles which they will be given before arrival. They will also be given Victorian style costumes to dress up in on the day. (This will replace an earlier message for a dress up day in school)

The children will need to take a packed lunch, drink and snack with them. The coach will be leaving and arriving back in school during normal school times. Children should wear school uniform.

We would like a parent helper to accompany us on the trip. Please let me know if you can help.

The cost of the coach and the experience will be £18.
